Essential Criteria:
• Senior role within an RTO
• Developed contacts within the education industry both locally and internationally
• Advanced knowledge of AQTF and legislative requirements
• Business development experience with proven growth record
• Understanding of current OH&S legislation and its impact on a training environment
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the education industry
• Some International experience preferred but not essential
• Experience with an LMS and e-learning
• Great communication and writing skills essential

• Sales and marketing nationally and internationally
• Establishing marketing materials, systems and processes
• Experience managing courses & compliance & audit for an RTO
• Strategic planning and implementation
• Designing sales materials
• Business development activities
• Communicating and liaison with customers and suppliers

• considerable experience in the RTO, education & training sectors
• solid sales & marketing experience
• an exceptional ability to plan and organise
• advanced Microsoft Office skills
• outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• quick learning and mastery skills
• ability to multi task and stay pro active
• customer focus second to none
• an ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
