 Bruce Parker first began working on engines as a boy helping his dad. Now he's Managing Director of HM GEM Engines, a company that remanufactures engines.

He then went on to complete an apprenticeship in fitting and turning through Chisolm TAFE in Dandenong. Now he enjoys the challenges of his job and the satisfaction he gets out of the large variety of things he manufactures and produces.

 Prue obtained her private pilot's licence in 2003 and her commercial licence in 2005. This has led her to flying Airvans all over Australia and the world.
Prue now works at Gippsland Aeronautics and is a Young Industry Ambassador for the Victorian State Government and the Careers in Manufacturing Program.
